First trailer for family drama ‘The Good Side of Bad’ with Lexi Simonsen

“We need to talk about Florence…” An early promo trailer has debuted for the indie drama titled The good side of the bad, the latest film from filmmaker Alethea Root. It recently premiered at the 2023 Dance With Film festival this month, and from there the trailer is now landing to build the hype. When a young photographer has a severe emotional breakdown, her brothers come together to help her heal. Lexi Simonsen Starring as Florence, who returns home to her family to try to reconnect with them despite their struggles with mental illness. The film is adapted from book of the same name Written by Beverly Olivine. “With insight and empathy, Olivine explores the mysterious world of mental illness…and the tangled bonds of family.” also stars Jules Braff, Alex Quijano, Tess Harper, Kim Estesand Miles Greer. It seems like another powerfully honest story about how challenging it is to deal with mental illness, especially when it affects everyone in the family.
